The quest to understand self is nearly as old as mankind and can be approached through many practices focusing on mind, body and spirit.

Yoga, which means union, focuses on wholeness.  It is the harmonious integration of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects taken to Infinity.  What does that really mean?  You and your environment, this world, this space and time are one.          

The practice of Kundalini yoga focuses on integration, wholeness and completion.  You will learn about postures, breathing, balancing chakras, the neutral mind, meditation and more.

A great sage said, when the time is right, a teacher will appear to guide you further along your path. I hope to share Kundalini yoga with you. It is a technology that will strengthen the body, discipline the mind and uplift the spirit. It emphasizes self-mastery, group unity, energy and mood control and stress management.  Kundalini yoga is a wonderful personal practice and wholly appropriate for organizations concerned with wellness and professional development.
